It is an honor to serve as president of the TN Council for Exceptional Children for the next two years. We live in unprecedented times and are sad to cancel our in-person conference this fall. We are, however, excited to announce that we will be providing virtual professional development opportunities featuring parents and teachers of children with special needs as well as faculty of pre-service special education candidates. It is a unique opportunity to gather virtually as advocates of children with exceptionalities and we hope you will find the resources provided to be helpful in these challenging times.
